Passengers in aircraft that due to technical, meteorological or similar contingency cases are forced to return to the airport; |

Passengers with diplomatic passports; |
| e) |
Passengers with traveling documents issued by the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China; |

Director and Vice Director of Liaison office of the Central Peopleˇ¦s Government in MSAR |
| (iii) |
Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Peopleˇ¦s Republic of China in MSAR |
| (iv) |
Commander, Political Commissioner and Vice Commander of the Peopleˇ¦s Liberation Army in MSAR |
| (v) |
Passengers of aircraft whose finality may justify the exemption and subject to approval by respective entity. |

Aircraft using the airport for purposes that might justify the exemption, when approved by the concessionaire on a case-by-case basis. |
