Airport fee exemptions:
| a) |
Infants under 2 years of age; |
| b) |
Passengers in direct transit, i.e. those who do not need to go through entry formalities and to take the same aircraft or another aircraft of the same flight; |
| c) |
Passengers in aircraft that due to technical, meteorological or similar contingency cases and forced to return to the airport; |
| d) |
Aircraft using the airport for purposes that might justify the exemption, when approved by the concessionaire on a case-by-case basis. |
