Aeronautical authorities of mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao ink MO

The aeronautical authorities of mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the Cooperation between Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR to enhance the efficiency of Air Traffic Management on 13 July 2017. The three parties agree to boost the capacity to ensure their joint management of air traffic and to construct a database to enhance their research studies and planning work.

The Civil Aviation Authority (AACM) has just finished the installation of the five aviation noise monitoring stations for the first phase, a project which the Authority started its preparation since a few years ago. The Authority will soon be able to start collecting and analyzing the aviation noise data in the near future.
