The fees are directly related to the utilization of airport services in the terminal (calculated in MOP per square meter per month):

Areas in the departure level behind the check-in counters for technical or operational work and in the arrival level behind the public area	350
Areas in the arrival level for luggage handling (lost and found)	600
Areas located inside the make-up area, storage rooms on any level	200
Water, electricity consumption, and cleaning	40 percent of the utilization fees
