Established on 13 September 1994, Air Macau is an airline incorporated in Macau with Chinese, Portuguese and local investments. It was granted the concession of public air transportation for 25 years.

East Asia Airlines, established in February 1990 in Macau, is a helicopter operator providing cross-boundary shuttle services between Macau and Hong Kong, and Macau and Shenzhen.

JetAsia is an executive charter company in Macau authorized to operate non-scheduled commercial air services with aircraft capacity not exceeding 20 passengers.
