General Terms and Conditions
1. Helicopter ticket can be booked up to 28 days in advance.
2. Ticket for any child under age of one and accompanied by an adult paying passenger will be free (except for the taxes and other charges if any). No more than two children under the age of one will be accommodated on the same flight. Children over age of one are required to pay full ticket fare.
3. Any ticket issued is only valid for the date and timeslots as booked. For Hong Kong – Macau route, passengers should check in at our counter at least 20 minutes before departure time. No refund is available to any passenger not arriving at our counter on time but the late passenger may standby for the next available flight on the same date. SSHL and EAA have no obligation to guarantee seat availability and this arrangement is not applicable to charter flight .
4. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she a valid travel document and entry visa, if required, to his/her intended destination. The passenger’s name as printed on the ticket should correspond with his/her travel document. Otherwise, SSHL and EAA have the authority to deny boarding without any refund on ticket .
5. Once a booking is confirmed, amendments and refunds processed will be subject to a handling fee of HKD/MOP/ RMB 300 per ticket issued in that particular currency. Booking can only be amended if the request is made at least 1 hour prior to departure time. Cancellation of any booking is allowed if request is made at least 24 hours prior to departure time. No refund will be made to any no-show passenger except for flight cancelled due to bad weather.
6. To reissue any ticket lost, HKD/MOP/ RMB 300 handling fee will be charged per ticket.
7. If the flight cancelled due to availability or bad weather, tickets will be refunded to full fare passenger, excluding any handling fees previously settled (i.e. not applicable to promotional or discounted tickets). SSHL and EAA will be fully indemnified against any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation.
8. Each passenger may bring 1 free hand-carried baggage not exceeding 16 x 14 x 6 inches in size and 5kg in weight. Any hand-carried baggage that exceeds this size and/or weight limits will be required to check-in.
9. A maximum free baggage weight allowance of up to 7 kgs per passenger (except an infant) is permitted. Every kg of excess baggage thereafter shall be charged at a rate of HKD/MOP/RMB 200. Each check-in baggage should not exceed 37 x 24 inches in size.
10. SSHL and EAA reserves the right to deny boarding or to refuse the carriage of any person whose condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including but not limited to impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to our passengers, crew, staff or property.
11. Passengers are advised that the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention maybe applicable and that the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect of loss or damage to baggage.
12. In case of dispute, the decision of SSHL and EAA shall be final.
13. SSHL and EAA reserve the right to amend and change the terms and conditions in this ticket policy.
