Macau International Airport Company Limited (here after “CAM”) is planning to maintain the lists of approved consultants and contractors for issuing tender invitations. The companies which wish to express their interest in applying for inclusion in the Lists of approved Consultants or the Lists of Registered Contractors may collect the Listing Prequalification Application Form from CAM Office Building, 4th Floor, Av. Wai Long, Taipa, Macau, between 09:30am and 13:00pm and between 14:30pm and 17:30pm Monday to Friday, or download the application form via CAM’s website at http://www.macau-airport.com
Applicants should submit the completed Listing Prequalification Application Form together with all necessary supporting documents to CAM’s office. CAM will only accept originals or certified true copies of the supporting documents that have been signed by authorized notary public in Macau.

The completed form and the relevant supporting documents are to be addressed to Ms.Suning Liu and deposited in CAM Office Building, 4th Floor, Av. Wai Long, Taipa, Macau. The deadline for submission will be on 20 May 2010 at 17:30 pm. |

CAM will evaluate all applications by using the information as provided by the applicants in the completed Listing Prequalification Application Form. Subject to confirmation of compliance with the required criteria, applicants that are found acceptable will be registered with CAM.
