Mr. Willy Lin, SBS, JP, Chairman of Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and Mrs. Agnes Mak Tang Pik-Yee, MH, JP, Executive Director have paid a visit to Macau International Airport Co., Ltd. (CAM) to for business communications. They also visited the airport cargo terminal, apron and general aviation hangar in accompany with Mr. Jackson Tsui, Executive Director of Macau International Airport Co., Ltd. (CAM) and Mr. Frank Wu, Acting Director of Logistics and General Aviation Development Department of CAM and his team.

Mr. Jackson Tsui introduced the history and prospect of Macau International Airport (MIA) to HKPC’s delegation. He expressed that “Safety, efficiency and effectiveness” is the operating principle of MIA. We formulate strategies for sustainable development and actively promote the Airport in international aviation industry in line with the Government’s objective to build Macau as a world tourism and leisure center. Also, to meet with the public’s increasing demand for the air transport, CAM will continue to improve the passenger’s and cargo’s facilities to meet the international standard. Mr. Frank Wu introduced the current air logistics development status to the delegation. He said that Airport has been enhancing each logistics sector in recent years and actively promoting freighter service and intelligent logistics. New technology and innovative talents are critical in enhancing logistics sectors and transforming the traditional logistics. He looked forward to the cooperation with HKPC in future.

Mr. Willy Lin, SBS, JP expressed that HKPC promotes productivity excellence through the provision of integrated support. They provide a multitude of services in technology transfer, consultancy, training and other services. He is expecting the cooperation with MIA in future in developing the air logistics even other projects.
