Representatives from Macau International Airport (MIA) have attended the “Crisis Media Awareness Seminar” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 20th July, 2016, hosted by Cooperative Aviation Security Programme - Asia Pacific (CASP-AP) of ICAO. The seminar has invited the crisis management expert who has comprehensive experience to handle aviation crisis as the speaker, and professionals from different countries specified in Public Relations in the aviation industry have gathered in the seminar to discuss and exchange views of aviation crisis management and media handling. Speaker has shared their experience through some case studies regarding the procedure of how to manage crisis, and to make correct decisions. Aside from this, speakers in the seminar have analyze the development trend of media, and further elaborate on how to handle media’s interview and enquiries when crisis occurred.
