Macau International Airport was invited to join the Communicators Conference organized by International Air Transport Association (IATA) during 29th – 30th July 2015. Ms. Miley Kou – Officer of Corporate Communication & Policy Research Office of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM); Ms. Erica Ieng – Public Relations Supervisor of Administration of Airport Company Limited (ADA) represented to participate in the conference.
With the theme of "Dialogue with Masters of Civil Aviation Public Relations”, the conference invited many supreme masters of civil aviation public relations from Asia Pacific to present typical cases and experiences of crisis communication according to the needs and characteristics of Chinese airlines and airports. The communication strategy and crisis public relations under international perspective showed participants how to cope with the crisis public relations and work out the best solutions to new challenges.
