Dr. Deng Jun –Chairman of the Executive Committee of Macau International Airport Co., Ltd. (CAM) led a delegation to pay a Chinese New Year visit to Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Central and Southern Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB) on 11th Feb, 2015, communicated with Mr. Chen Songlin - Director of CAAC Central and Southern ATMB about how to promote the development of civil aviation in the Pearl River Delta Region.

Chairman Deng Jun briefed Macau International Airport (MIA) ’s performance in 2014: MIA received 5.48 million passenger traffic, over 52,000 aircraft movements, 2,791 business jets movements. Sincere thanks were given to the supports of CAAC Central and Southern ATMB. MIA is always committed to build Virtual Airport in big data age, using information technology to promote Macau civil aviation. Both sides communicated about the operation effect of Collaborative Decision Making System (CDM System), which remains crucial to promoting the secure operation management, increasing rate of on-time arrivals, increasing flight capacity. Both sides were looking forward to introducing the system into MIA and deepen co-operation in the future.
