A training cooperation program which was organized and sponsored by Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) for Air Traffic Control personnel of CAAC North China Regional Air Traffic Management Bureau(ATMB)and Administration of Airport Ltd. (ADA)was completed successfully in early October 2014. The 3-week training program was delivered by NAV Portugal covering topics of on the job training instructor as well as air traffic control safety management system.

A letter of appreciation was received from CAAC North ATMB right after course completion in which compliments were given to NAV for their dedicated reception and living arrangement as well as the detail explanations at class that benefited the trainees a lot.  High regards to CAM were given for the effective work that CAM made to enhance China – Portugal – Macau aviation cooperation during the past years and looking forward to the continuity of cooperation and support.

Since 2005, CAM has established the platform of civil aviation professionals’ cooperative training among Mainland China, Portugal and Macau. Until now, CAM has successfully provided training and exchange opportunities in Portugal for 509 air traffic controllersand airport management staff from Mainland China and Macau.
