On 28th May 2014, a delegation of 4 led by Mr. Ashok Kumar, Regional Director of Airport & Incentive of Air Asia visited Macau International Airport Co., Ltd. (CAM) and had a business meeting to further discuss the development plan at Macau International Airport in the next few years.
During the meeting, Mr. Ashok Kumar expressed the appreciation to CAM for the long term support and cooperation. He stated that Air Asia is planning to add more frequency this year and also considering launching 1 or 2 new destinations including Kota Kinabalu Malaysia and Krabi Thailand next year. CAM will further arrange in providing multiple air travel products to the market. Besides, CAM would like to take the opportunities to cooperate with Air Asia X in the future, using their advantage and wide-body aircrafts to seek for the opportunity to open long haul routes in the future.
