Starting from 18th November 2013, a new customer-oriented service is launched at the Macau International Airport. Luggage wrapping service is available at the Left Luggage Counter located in the departure public hall. Passengers are able to wrap and increase the protection of their luggage ahead of their trip. For a fee of MOP50.00 per piece, passengers are able to safeguard their luggage carrying their belongings, memorable souvenirs, gifts or even locally made delicatessens.

This service comes as an addition to the existing luggage storage, luggage banding and sale of carton boxes, all services provided at the Left Luggage Counter at a reasonable fee. Passengers using this new service are reminded to ensure that all hold luggage forbidden items are removed from their luggage ahead of them being wrapped to avoid the inconvenience of unwrapping their luggage at the security checkpoint and rewrapping cost, which will be at the passengers’ expense, should this be the case.
