Due to commercial reasons and fleet rotation, V Air will suspend Macau-Taipei service starting on July 11. The last service on the route will depart from Macau to Taipei on July 10.

Based on our Conditions of Carriage, V Air will provide the following options for the affected passengers:
1.    Full fare refund, including ticket fare, additional charges, airport taxes and surcharge); or
2.    Subject to flight availability, V Air will offer to transfer passengers to another of our scheduled services departing by July 10 at no additional charge; or
3.    Option to book or transfer tickets to another route of our scheduled services once at no cost. The re-booking trip must be made by December 31, 2015; or
4.    For passengers who have to fly on their original booking dates, V Air will transfer passengers to TransAsia Airways’ Macau-Taipei service, on the original booking date or the earliest opportunity near the original booking date.
 
V Air’s customer service has started notifying affected passengers. All passengers are expected to receive the notifications within 10 days. V Air will constantly evaluate the possibility of resuming the service in the future.
