With the completion of the first phase construction project of CTM 5G network, it is an important milestone of Macau towards the development of smart city.  On 29th June 2020, Executive Director of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) Mr. Kan Cheok Kuan attended the “Launching Ceremony of CTM 5G Application Collaboration Intention and 5G Intelligent Ecosystem Forum” at Macau Science Center.  Leaders from different sectors were invited to participate in the 5G application collaboration intention, aiming to develop more 5G application for the society through respective resource advantages.

Macau International Airport has been actively rebuilding and expanding the terminal in recent years, we believe the 5G technology and service will provide great support on flight safety, operation and security in terms of digitalization, intelligence and wisdom. With the integration of 5G technology and virtual airport, it provides travelers with more innovative service experiences and contributes to the development of smart city.
