The Open Tender No. PTB202408PC for the Subconcession of Operation of Retail Services of Perfume & Cosmetics at Macau International Airport (MIA) will be launched on 4th December 2024. After in line with the airport commercial modification plan, Request for Proposal – No. PTB202408PC will execute retail services by product category and to select one operator to operate Retail Services by selling Perfume & Cosmetics products and services (but exclude 2 (two) categories - Duty Free Liquor & Tobacco and Boutique Retail Services of Branded Fashionable Clothing, Shoes & Accessories, Watches & Jewellery) in the Subconcession Area, i.e. Space no. 01-01-0017, Space no. 01-01-0022 and Space no. 01-01-0025 with a total area of approximately 783m2 (the final total area nonetheless may be affected by the Airport’s project to upgrade the security checkpoint channel at the Departure Level and the immigration area, and thus the final total area shall be determined by CAM upon the handover of the Subconcession Area), at the Departure Airside of the Passenger Terminal Building of MIA.
