The 2016 MIA Charity Golf Tournament was successfully held by Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) on 1st Jan 2016, with the aim to extend interactions between MIA and all business partners while continues to support Macau’s philanthropy, and calls for social attention to fulfill social responsibility. A total of 100,000 patacas was raised to Tung Sin Tong Chartable Society and 50,000 patacas to Fuhong Society of Macau through the event.
Around 70 participants joined the event from civil aviation industry, local authorities and all kinds of institutions were invited to the Charity Golf Tournament and Awards Dinner invited, including the Counselor Ms. Ms. Qiu Weiwei, wife of Commissioner of Foreign Affairs Ministry of PRC in MSAR Mr. Ye Dabo, Mr. Pan Yundong - Deputy Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in MSAR, Mr. Si Weidong - Deputy Minister of Public Affairs Ministry of the Liaison Office of PRC in MSAR. This annual event enhances and strengthens the bond between the civil aviation industry and all walks of life, getting along to celebrate and welcome 2016. The success of this event was closely bound up with everyone’s support.
At the award dinner after the tournament, Mr. Ma Iao Hang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CAM presented a cheque of MOP100,000 to Mr. Chui Sai Cheong - President of the Macau Tung Sin Tong Chartable Society, and a cheque of MOP50,000 to Ms. Chau Wai I - Director of Fuhong Society of Macau. Dr. Deng Jun - Chairman of Executive Committee, Mr. Leong Sio Pui - Executive Director of CAM, Dr. Suning Liu - President of the Board of Administration of Airports Ltd. (ADA) and Managing Director of SEMAC Security Company joined the event.
