Every year millions of passengers travel via Macau International Airport, for them, creating enjoyable airport experiences has become our aim.  For this reason, the Airport has made available new facilities/services from time to time.  

In the year of 2012, the Airport designed, built and placed three new information counters in more visible, easier to find and intuitive locations at departure public area, departure international area and arrival level. Furthermore, the airport ambassadors’ programme was initiated at the terminal from 2012’s summer with the aim of closer contact with passengers and general public assisting them where is needed at any time. 

The Airport always acts fast in answering passengers’ raising requirements, the provision of hot water and airport WIFI serve as showcases of our commitment.  With a better picture of the passenger profile using the Airport and the registered slight increase in family travellers flying via Macau, the Airport installed hot water dispensers at convenient locations at the departure hall last year.  Passengers have shown their appreciation for this hearted service.   Free WIFI service has been provided inside the passenger terminal for some years and it has been enhanced during the beginning of this year. Now Airport users can enjoy unlimited access to free WIFI inside the Airport’s passenger terminal building.

Macau International Airport is also keen to provide add-ons, making passengers’ journeys convenient and interesting.  In 2013, two new services are launched, which are the business centre and group photo corner.  Business centres are  value-added services coupled to the three airport information counters, passengers can request printing, photocopying and email checking services there, with the main purpose of retrieving tickets and respective updates.   Group photo corner is located in the north side of the departures public hall, where the traveling public can capture their important moments with their companions or a last picture with their loved ones before their departure, for this the Airport created a dedicated corner with a backdrop image of Macau’s unique cultural heritage.
