Macau International Airport (MIA) Connect to Greater Bay Area – Route Development Promotion Activity was held at Jiangmen City on 21st July 2019. The Launching Ceremony of Macau International Airport Jiangmen Service Center was held at Jiangmen Shengli Bus Station. After the establishment of Zhongshan Service Center in March this year, the Macau International Airport Jiangmen Service Center was officially launched as the second one in the Bay Area. The officiating guests included: Mr. Eric Fong, Director of Marketing Department of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM), Mr. Junjie Lu, Chairman and Party Secretary of GuangDong JiangMen Automobile Transportation Group Co., Ltd., Ms. Sharon Wang, Managing Director of Airport Information Management Solutions Limited (AIMS), Ms. Mandy Wong, General Manager of Air Link Express (Macau) Co., Ltd. and Mr. Kelvin Chan, Assistant Customer Executive Supervisor of Menzies Macau Airport Services Ltd.
Jiangmen Service Center provides direct bus service between Jiangmen and MIA. This bus service is provided by Air Link Express (Macau) Co., Ltd., for those who want to go to Macau or travel through MIA, offering more choices and convenience. The Jiangmen Service Center is located at Jiangmen Shengli Bus Station, No.38 Shengli Road, Pengjiang District.
In the afternoon, the Macau International Airport “Greater Bay Area” – Airport in the City Road Show Activity was kicked off at the Jiangmen City Huiyue City. The promotion provides a platform for airlines, hotel and tour operators to introduce their products to the citizens of Jiangmen about the destinations flying from MIA and other tourism related products.

Ltd., Mr. Chris Tai General Manager of Huan Yu Group, Ms. Mandy Wong, General Manager of Air Link Express (Macau) Co., Ltd., Mr. Junjie Lu, Chairman and Party Secretary of GuangDong JiangMen Automobile Transportation Group Co., Ltd., Ms. Yen Lam, Manager – Leisure Sales, Management Hospitality & Leisure Sales of Galaxy Entertainment Group, Mr. Kelvin Chan, Assistant Customer Executive Supervisor of Menzies Macau Airport Services Ltd., and Ms. Anki Chiu, Director of Trip Roaming Tech (Macau) Co., Ltd.
The road show at Jiangmen was opened to the public includes a series of exciting programs; airlines carried out their products and services introduction, there were also show performances and mobile games which bringing a happy afternoon to the public. Aside from a slew of performances and interactive section, free give-away were distributed to attendees, all attendees also have an opportunity to win a prize of free air tickets, hotel rooms and travel packs from the lucky draw which lifted up a crowed and warm atmosphere.
MIA, as always, strives to incorporate with the objectives of the government’s policy to build Macau as a “World Tourism and Leisure Center”, in the future, we will cooperate with the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, MIA will continue working with airlines to explore opportunities and strengthen co-operation aiming to further expand Macau air service networks, at the same time to increase the convenience for the Greater Bay Area passengers. Our next station of promotional activity will be at Guangzhou City and Zhuhai City.
