Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) was invited to join the Public Relation Communication Seminar organized by International Air Transport Association (IATA) during 11th - 12th September 2019. Ms. Marilda Alves – Senior Public Relations Coordinator of Airport Operations Department and Ms. Miley Kou – Manager of Corporate Communication & Policy Research Office of CAM represented to participate in the Seminar.

The seminar covers the latest news in civil aviation industry and best practices case sharing, and issues related to crisis management and brand reputation management in the digital communication era. The seminar was faced to those responsible for corporation and brand communications for airlines, airports, aviation regulators, aircraft manufacturers and industry partners. Through this seminar, representatives of Macau International Airport updated the status and trend of public relations communication in the aviation industry, shared best practices and experiences with industry, enhanced brand management and communication skills.
