On 6th May 2020, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) Dr. Deng Jun and the Executive Committee members, which include: Mr. Chu Tan Neng, Mr. Kan Cheok Kuan, Mr. Lei Si Tai and Mr. Leung Henry Yee Hang, had a meeting with the Commissioner of Public Security Police of Macao (CPSP) Mr. Ng Kam Wa, Deputy Commissioner Ms. Lao Wan Seong, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Vong Vai Hong and other delegates, to understand the work of CPSP at Macau International Airport (MIA), as well as strengthen future cooperation and coordination in the future development plans.
CAM Executive Committee expressed gratitude to CPSP for supporting the security and port entry and exit of MIA for 25 years. In response to the development of the airport and the working requirement of the Bureau, the airport has worked hard to upgrade and improve the equipment and environment in order to increase work efficiency, ultimately to reach the goal of safe operation. Looking forward to the future development, systems will continue to be developed towards self-service. Commissioner Mr. Ng said that CPSP and MIA will strengthen communication and cooperate to promote security and immigration after the expansion of the airport. After the meeting, Mr. Ng introduced the details of the work of CPSP Airport Station and the Airport Immigration Station to the members of the CAM Executive Committee members to gain a deep understanding of the actual situation and needs.
